That happens, unfortunately, when there is a lot of people on it or (more often) when a lot of bots crawl it.
When I've some time there are some small improvements that I could/should do.

Not sure if it's on my end but i find the site to be quite slow lately.

It seems to work, so like yesterday I've unblocked the site: comments and changes can now be made again.
Please report here any issue.
If there is a link to add/change info that is missing somewhere, try to log out and log in again.

Fixed. I think that this bug was actually there since a few weeks, strange that nobody noticed it before (including me)
