Not Spanish but Colombian I'd say or another South American country but certainly not Spanish.

It appears to be the Colombian version of a telenovela called "Amor en custodia." It seems that the original show was made in Argentina, but Mexican and Colombian versions of the show have been made as well. The "La Calera" license plate would seem to indicate that it is the Colombian version.

The plate says POU 235 La Calera.

APS221 got it, "Amor en custodia"

The plates are Colombian, too. Chilean are not coloured and Argentinan have a different size (the US-size) and are black with white letters.
