I believe these can get added due to the increasing number of background vehicles that have appeared in top gear, a perfect example was all of those ones from the second America trip from the salt flats.

LDV Convoy (im guessing now whoever does these WONT upload this one since James May used one in the van challenge and that one actuallly played a role. I Base this statement on a porsche 928 and volvo v70 that appeared in the studio but werent added because there were others that played a role. I still think it should get added though its an ambulace one compared to James standard one)
