This was the successor show to "I Love Lucy," this time as a series of one hour specials. This apparently meant a bigger budget. We see a lot more cars here perhaps for two reasons: Ford sponsored this show in its first season, and the bigger budget meant more location shoots. The third episode of the series (in which Fred MacMurray guest stars) even has a wild and woolly car chase that takes up half the show.
