If you don't have a program to get screen captures the easier way is:

Open program Paint. Every Windows Microsoft system gets this program
Stop the image you want capture
Click at the same time Ctrl (left at the lower of your keyboard) and Impr
Pant
PetSis

1st of three keys up and on the right of your keyboard

Later come back to paint, edit and paste.
