Please be advised that the bus you have listed in
'The Dark Corner'as being a Twin Coach Model 40 is
actually a 1933 Mack Model 'CL'
The bus, which is the real thing, carries fleet number A220
and was operating for the Avenue B and East Broadway Transit
Company and was usually seen on one of the company's two
downtown Manhattan routes (M8 or M9).
I have attached a better resolution photo for your edification.
