Nice work finding that! Except in 11th hour it's full motion video and not a slideshow 
That's really too bad there's no place for this. It's like Twin Peaks in a way just bad. The bad acting is fun to watch though. There is also somehow a F-350 Ford Centurion in the background in one scene which I was surprised to see to say the least.
