Parked on Saturday night in front of the hotel, where we slept at our yearly K 70-meeting:
There must be some US-Car-event this weekend, too (o.k., the long Whitsun/Pentecote/Pfingsten-weekend is must popular for any kind of car-events), because we've spotted other classic muscle-cars, too. So a 1968 Mercury Cougar.
And yesterday, on the way back, there was a really neat scenery on the A3 northbound to Köln (unfortunately I ws busy with driving, so no pic):
On the left lane there were a white Mercedes R107 -with the plate D-SL 350 H
- and my K 70, passing a 1969 Ford Mustang and a 1973 Mustang Mach 1 (obviously orginals, both with Dutch plates) on the middle lane. All four classic cars were passing a late Zastava 1100 (plastic grille and bumpers, Dutch plates), which creeped on the right lane with 80 km/h
Sorry Lateef, but the car in front of all of us, I'm unable to name as "classic", too - a Scorpio II Sedan
