Thanks! In the '30s, almost all cars in Romania were american or german. The percentage was around 50%/50%. I remember I saw some of these cars in the '80s, when they were still on the streets. In those times, a car like that was very cheap. I have a friend who bought a 1938 Adler in 1986, almost for nothing. He still has it. In the begining of the '90s, I saw a red 1930s Opel Kapitan with black wings, parked on a street of Bucharest. It had PH (Prahova county) plates. I put the hand on the hood. It was warm - the engine was in function recently.
