Done for 206s - I've just changed them to 1999 after seeing your (eLMeR) comment here: http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle.php?id=846908 and checking the exact date of introduction.
There were at least few 2003+ facelifts among the ones listed as 1998 (to recognize by the rear badging). The bigger "mouth" - bumper grille - doesn't always have to indicate the 2003 facelift however. Some versions had this bumper already earlier...
