We are talking about the same thing. When the grille in 206's bumper was smaller the space between its bottom edge and bottom edge of the whole bumper was bigger/higher, when the grille was bigger the space was smaller/lower.
The "spoiler" alike creseas on both sides of the front reg. plate were of similar height in both cases.
