As already done for some ACMA scooters, I think that all ACMA vehicles (including the Vespa 400) should be set with Origin: Italy, Built in: France.

All documents talk about the Piaggio origin of these vehicles, whether for the Vespa 125 or the Vespa 400 (en, fr).
