1981-1982 Chevrolet Suburban Silverado [C-10] in a garage in downtown Falls Church
Last weekend was my 10-year high school reunion, and one of the events was a tour of the school. It's been significantly renovated since I was a student, but the only detail that's relevant to this forum is the new Energy Systems Lab. There's an old partially-dismantled yellow roadster off to one side; no engine under the hood, a series of batteries in the trunk, possibly a project in electrification. I assumed it was something ordinary like a Triumph Spitfire, but after examining my pictures I've determined it is a Jensen-Healey:
A search of the school's website turned up this chunk of text, but I was unable to recover the full document: "Our project was to convert and restore a 1972 Jensen-Healey roadster into an all-electric vehicle with solar charging capabilities."
