It's me ( again ) , i decided to cut my post in half so it doesnt get longer than..
Kind of strange to see Alfa Romeo cars again after 20 years
Got the chance to drive the BMW i3 for a 2-mile road test ( X5 Hybrid was also available for tests but had a waiting list longer that the SUV itself , Nissan Leaf, Chevy Volt & Bolt and Mitsubishi I-Miev were also available ) . The test is free and only requires to have a driver license and being 25 or older
I did not included the close-up pic of me inside of it , or the one with
because then it would be too easy to see how i got quite uncomfortable in a 223,000 $ Audi R8 and managed to injure myself while getting in & out of a BMW i8 last year...
After getting its wheels about everywhere but here, Nissan Qashqai is finally ready to confront our lovely, nicely ( sarcasm.. ) paved roads
Staying at the Nissan stand ( which could have been bigger, either too much to show or not enough space ) and in the Star Wars spirit, the Rogue has a Rogue One Edition, which is limited to 500 units
They even come with a Death Trooper helmet
But sadly, not offered as this one
Plug-in Prius got redesigned and they call it Prius Prime now
Sorry for the blur, looks like even my camera don't like it....
Toyota also show the Coms, a little vehicle
If you really struggle to find your vehicle in a mall parking lot, Mercedes-Benz has a special way to solve your problem, in exchane of a"few" $
Bentley also offer to solve the issue with a SUV about as weird as the name : Bentayga
Maserati said : me too i have one and the Levante came out
I don't know what goes on with Maserati but they used to look at regular people like we were half-dead rats , hiding behind fences and ropes just like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce & Bentley does
but now quite accessible.....even giving brochures !
If you need a pick-up to solve that " Dude, where's my car " thing, Ford offers the newest version of the Raptor
Will never be seen on the road.... or the driver will get a few laps late
Just hope it didn't crossed the finish line in that position....
Nearly 200 000 people went to see the Auto Show this year, far from the record but..... Bigfoot himself did showed up !
If interested, the whole thing is availabe at https://www.flickr.com/photos/zytonits/albums/72157679930702715
