I don't know Hyundai Granada details, but browsing our collection they seem to match European sequence very closely, with an initial version and then a minor facelift. We call all this body Granada Mk2, with no change in name for the facelift.

2nd version - 1982+ for Hyundai - new 3 bar grille, ridged rear lights - example

I suggest they are all entered as Mk2 to follow Europe sequence, but no need to split further before/after 1982 facelift.
