I thought about it more. How about "[X vehicle] as Replica" as the model, and then put whatever it's meant to replicate as the additional info. So in this case it would be GAZ / SU-76M as Replica / Type 97 Chi-Ha.
That way would work better since it would include all potential replicas built on that chassis. Like the FV432 or AT-P tractor, which were used to make many different types of replica tanks, some not even recognizable as anything specific other than generic "tank".
