For the last one, IMDb mentions "pajama" for international and "pyjama" for US, but I would expect the inverse: the former one is the US spelling and the latter one the UK/international version, it seems?

For the-productions, in some cases when there is a country more important than the other in the co-production we can maybe take that one instead of none.
