Cargo Vans are built in Spain, then shipped to the US separately from their powertrains, where they are put back together in South Carolina (I made a flag for the build situation of the Cargo Van)

So you mean that they should all be listed as "Made in Spain"? (as indeed even the Cargo version is not really made in USA...)
