Red/orange second gen Camaro in a crappy horror movie called 'Body Parts'.

Guy peels out and runs through a busy intersection after having the leg of a serial killer grafted on to his body (his leg has a mind of its own, of course).

It was the first one (1991) with Jeff Fahey.

There were a few other cars in it but I can't rememeber, it's so long since I've seen it.
