You just need to have A LOT of patience since things get added usually only about once a week for a while since the people who do it dont have the time to add things everyday. Plus there's no set order to which thing get added, its always random what the admins put up on the site so you never know when yours will get added. Sometimes you get lucky and your post gets added after just one week, otherwise it will usually languish in the forum for months.
SO just have a bit more patience, they will eventually get added.

There are five pages of stuff waiting I do not have time to process these personally, and it seems that other admins do not have much more time.
I really need to take few time to make a system to allow any people to add pictures to the site to be validated later by admins, which would be much faster for everybody.

Sounds good, hope it one day comes to fruition, otherwise you may need to face the fact that you need a new admin or two that do have time to add stuff regularly. I'm not requesting, i'm pointing out a fact.

Well even when adding admins, they usually do not have so much spare time to process lots of contributions. From time to time some used to do so, but currently it seems to be again a problem.

Now there are 4 pages of contributions waiting
