I was looking through some of the Geos and noticed that the Origin and Made For flags are not consistant so I figured I could shed some light on the subject so It can be fixed.

*all 1989 Geo Trackers should be Origin: Japan, Built in: Japan, Made for: USA

*the one 1989 Chevrolet Tracker should be Origin: Japan, Built in:Japan, For CDN

*All 1990+ Trackers should be listed as Origin:Japan, Built in: Canada Made For USA/CDN (Geo, Chevrolet, and GMC)

*Asuna/Pontiac Sunrunner : Origin: Japan, built in Canada, Made for Canada

*1989 Suzuki Sidekicks should be listed as Origin: Japan, Built in :Japan, For US
*1990+ Suzuki Sidekick 2 doors: Origin: Japan, Built In: Canada, Made For: USA
*1991-1995 Suzuki Sidekick 4 doors: Origin Japan, Built:Japan, Made For: USA
*1996-98 Sidekick 4-doors: Origin Japan, Built in Canada, made for USA

*1989 Geo Metro: Origin: Japan, Built in: Japan, Made for USA
*all 1990+ Metros (ex.Convertibles)(Geo and Chevrolet) Origin: Japan, Built in Canada Made for USA

Technically the Geos after 1992 were also sold in Canada. Is there a Made for: North America? as the only difference in the Canadian and American Geo's was the Instrument cluster.

We often use "made for USA" in that case, as Canada has US-specs models even if not especially required (I am right?)
We can indicate "made for CDN" if the movie was made in Canada but it is a case-by-case thing unfortunately.

About the changes, I tought that most were already ok in these, but I'll do a batch-update then... when I have few minutes (I have so many things to do "when I have few minutes"...)

Some are correct, some have the info missing and some still have the Origin and or Built in as USA where it should not be (I have noticed the same on some Chevy LUVs It seems that some of the time if the make is "Chevrolet" the origin is listed as USA.)

as far as I know the only difference between most US- spec and CDN- spec vehicles is the Instrument cluster. At least this is true on the Trackers as I have imported 3 Canadian spec Trackers/Sunrunners to the US and this was all I had to change to register them

There is a default country selection for each make, sometimes based on the model. But there are probably missing models in the code which handles Chevy. I should check that too...
