That's a Ford Escort XR3i
Found on a postcard from ca.1973 of Kamen in Westphalia. The plate is not to identify, surely not German.
The Jeep in the background, right of the K 70, is it a Willys? Maybe locally built?
And the Van in the foreground, left of the NSU 1200, is something British, or? Vauxhall? The door looks a bit like from an Opel Kadett A, but it isn't one.
A Postcard from Kiryat Shmona in Israel, probably from around 1973/74 (the K 70 and more right a VW T2b Transporter are the newest cars).
