What movie does this come from?

I think I'm not doing this right. At all. But I'm desperate.

These screencaps come from a movie clip (done in terrible CGI) shown in Star Wars Fanatic (AmanamanIII)'s "Car Chase Cliches II" video. A car jumps over a railroad track and is blown to bits and pieces by an oncoming train. Of all the movie and TV show clips shown in both "Cliches" videos, this is the only one I haven't been able to find. Does anyone here know where this CGI disaster comes from?

I would've asked SWF himself first. Trouble is, he hasn't been active since 2015.

I'm really sorry if this isn't a kind of topic that should be made.
