guys could you help me my computer had to be taken away to be fixed my windows media player wasnt working proparly so it got taken away to be fixed but when I got it back windows media player was updated but when I went in to dvd feautres capture image wasnt there but I have a dvd system called ASUTek ASUSDVD and it has capture image but the couler is horrible Example

As far as I know, Windows Media Player does not allow saving images directly you are sure that it is what you used?
You can try to get Media Player Classic (MPC) or VideoLan (VLC)
