Searching for an italian car in a movie

There's an Italian car featured in a 1946 movie titled "No
Reservations," starring John Wayne and Claudette Colbert ... the
grill on the car is absolutely unforgettable.

Claudette's character identifies the car as an "Italian
Asadda" (Isadda?) ... but I can't find any reference to any such name
anywhere on the web.

Can you help out?
