Since your pictures are really good, you could also provide some to replace existing ones (two were quite small, two others were from TV)

When I said that I would give you admin rights if you had still lots of movies to send, you said that there will not be much more. I don't mind as long as there isn't too much responsiblity and it's not too hard to figure out how to use it. But actually I don't have much material left in my DVD collection.

As you prefer, but I guess that even when you will have finished with your collection you sometimes watch new movies?
For the ease of use, it is not much more difficult than uploading the pictures on imageshack. The only thing to add is that you would have to cut & resize the pictures (to remove the black borders and limit width to 720 pixels).
