Jaguar XJ6 Series 2. This is the car Harold Shand (Bob Hoskins) is driven around in for most of the film, so 4 Stars.
Rolls Royce Silver Shadow. Harold Shand's private car, gets blown up early in the film (which is a key plot point). 4 Stars
BMW E3. 3 Stars
Leyland Princess. It is glimpsed in few scenes with one of the key supporting characters, it is obviously his, though it is not that noticable. 2/3 Stars
Police Range Rover (First Generation) 1 Star
Renault 5 (first generation) 2 Stars
Mercedes SL (W113) 3 Stars
Mercedes 230 (W114/5) Hearse 2 Stars
Ford Granada GL Mk I. 2 Stars
Ford Cortina Mk IV 2.0 GL 2 Stars
Unknown 2 Stars
Volvo 245 DL. 2 Stars
Unknown. Character is seen working on it, so 2 stars

Thanks for these pics and all the others... I'll upload that when I've some time, but if another admin passes there he can do it, as I am not sure of when I'll have time for that.
G-MANN, do you plan to continue to send lots of pictures, or is it only for some films? In the first case, another solution would have to be chosen...

Basically today I just went through the films in my DVD collection that aren't featured on this site. I am going to post some pictures for The Royal Tenenbaums, Animal House and American Splendor. After that I won't have much else. I plan to get hold of some Sopranos DVD soon and then I would like to post plenty of pics (but I will limit it to cars that are actually driven by characters in the episodes, there's no way I could post pictures for every background vehicle). So don't worry I'm not going to swamp you with pictures right now, you can update the site in your own time. I'm using imageshack to host the pictures so hopefully that should be solid enough, a couple of images seem to have disappeared in the last few days though, but the database is being updated.
This is a great site, perfect for when you see an interesting car in a film that you want to identify, keep up the good work!

If you want I can give you admin rights to add vehicles yourself on the site, but if you do not plan to submit much more in the future it is maybe not very useful. Well, you can decide

What are the admin rights and responsibilities? How many administrators are there?

They are listed there:
http://www.imcdb.org/help.php
but not all are submitting pictures, and some do not come very often.
You do not have any obligations, it simply allows you to add/rename vehicles and movies, and upload pictures to the site rather than to imageshack.
But as I said if after few movies you do not plan to submit pictures (or only occasionally), it is not very important.
