Jason Straham has done 3 transporter movies. He might do a Forth Transporter movie. He might get a new a car. Either a BMW 7 series again or an new Audi A8 again. There a couple more options like the Aston Martin Rapide or Porche Panamera. I think Transporter will be made after he does the sequal to Italian Job. Audi is developing a V12 engine either the W12 or Twin turbo V12. He drove 2 German brands powered with V12 engines. I know the Porche is only powered with V8. But what ever, it got to be a limo. S63 AMG? I never saw a use for it before. Certainly it handles better then the S65, but who buys an S-class for the handling? A Transporter would...
Audi has repeatedly teased us with the idea of putting their 6L V12 Diesel in the R8, only to say it's too big and it's not economical to make it fit. What if they put it in the A8 though? Torque is what really matters to move such a big car, and the V12 has 300 more lbft then even the W12. I'm just dreaming though, how can such an engine serve only the Q7?
I don't think the Rapide or Panamera would work well as Transporter cars, they attract too much attention. S-class, 7-series, and A8 all look like cars of faceless corporate execs, regardless of their performance potential.

The recent release of the new Audi A8 which release Tuesday 30th December 2009it had a great new look. At moment only powered with V8 engines. W12 might be relesed next (2010). Maybe If they do a W12 engine. Likely they will.

I find that BMW fits better the role of the movie than Audi or Mercedes.
(I was disappointed that they used an Audi instead of a BMW like in the first movie)
