The second looks like a armored truck (based on Ford, GMC or others) or military truck.

Hmm, on the first pic it should be something from the East, but I cannot allocate a ZIL or a Chaika... It has an old-style plate from Poland and the guy on the passenger's side is Brezhnev. The other probably a Polish leader, Gomulka or Gierek (sorry rapid130, Weasel and fck for my weak orientation )

On the other pic there is a Ford Capri I (a West German one, because LHD. RHD would be from Britain) in the foreground, around 1972/73, behind it a Sovietish Volga.
