For a very long time I try to find this probably european (french?) movie, only two blurry scenes ı remember ;

I recall a Citroen DS mostly sure about that (black maybe) crashes head-on to a car and driver hits his head through windscreen in slow-motion, It may be like black DS driver tries to keep up to car front and makes a sharp right turn in tight french lookalike streets and good guy or bad crashes his car head-on to guys who chase him in a black DS.....

Second scene more like a frame, I remember a good looking, 70' or 80's fashion dresseed woman at a beach and something like beach buggy or a mini moke..

Kegare & antp Thank you for all your help, but this is not the movie, I know this movie got it in the archive but unfortunately this is not it, Few thing I forgot to mention about DS was I think it was series II, with big headlamps I can remember them smashing in slow-mo...And good/bad guy was crashing his chasers on purpose...
I am searching for this for a very long time but except french movies in lots of italian "eurocrime" movies lots of DS are crashed, It makes a huge crash-crowd to find it...
