Thanks for the screenshot. That ad company is used only in some cases for non-logged users (I see on your screenshot that you are as guest, as the login link is visible).
I'll probably remove that company completely and use only the two reliable ones.

Have you changed the ad company again? I'm noticing that the pages are being held up when loading. I've been turning off my flash player for several months now, so surfing has been much quicker (especially on this site), but noticed the past few days, when I come to the site, the page freezes for a few moments.

I didn't change anything, but I noticed that the pages tend to continue to wait for end of loading sometimes, but not blocking the contents itself (i.e. all contents is loaded, then it seems to wait for the ad).
Maybe some of the ads are bugged.
Does it block the contents in your case? Or is all still displayed quickly, just waiting for finishing loading?

Most of the time, the contents are all displayed. Everything but the ad loads immediately, and the page seems hung up on the ad, but not everytime, so it's probably certain ads perhaps?

If does not harm much then, if the useful contents still display quickly (just a little annoying to see the page still "loading").
Display statistics from both ad companies seem steady so I guess it only affects a few users and/or a few ads.

Today I have this problem:

http://s9.postimg.org/a923ywz4v/comm52du.jpg

It happens with different banners, not only this one; and on all the pages. Sometimes I can't even open a vehicle page because if I try to do it the banner's page gets opened

Edit: actually happens only with the banners of Careffour company, there are 3-4 different ones but all are displayed in vertical :ohwell:

I suppose they've mixed banner sizes somewhere.
Can you copy the link of the ad? Then I can report it to the two ad companies.

If you still have the problem, can you try to get the campaign ID, as explained here:
https://www.sovrn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/How_to_locate_CampaignID.png
?
(and if you do not find it, as said there it may come from the other ad company that we use)

With the link that you provided I've not found the cid number since it's not clearly indicated, but with this guide http://www.buckeyeplanet.com/forum/threads/how-to-report-pop-ups-redirects-and-other-inappropriate-ads.631696/ I've understood which is the cid number: 232

But was there somewhere a mention of Sovrn somewhere? If not, it was maybe rather from the other ad provider (which is Digital Throttle, in case you found a mention of their name somewhere?)

... and in the end the code 232 indicates that it is forwarding the ad request to the other provider, so it is not really an ad coming from Sovrn but one from Digital Throttle
At least knowing that for the next time I'll directly know where to ask.
I'll try to block it from Digital Throttle dashboard, if you still have the problem. You mentioned https://www.mediaworld.it/ previously but your capture showed a Carrefour ad; were there several ones?

Today I've not noticed any problem with the banners, but indeed the two annoying were Mediaworld and Careffour

Recently there was Adobe Flash Player 22 updated and seems to improve the web page without generating cross-script error when clicking to another page or freezing up the Internet Explorer pages during ad loading for the certain page.

I can't find the control panel dialog for blacklisted web site for Waterfox browser version (which it is similar to Mozilla Firefox browser). However, I noticed when there was a Waterfox update somehow changed the setting for option to block or permit Adobe Flash Player for the Waterfox version. By not allowing using the flash player seems to work better than using it  I need to remove the Adobe Flash player for the Waterfox browser which I need to take care of that later on

At work, I have not installed the Adobe Flash Player for the Waterfox browser and works well there.

Here is the list that I have blacklisted on my Internet Explorer 10 32-bit version:

adnxs.com
burstnet.com
lijit.com
openx.net
rubiconproject.com
sevedbyopenx.com

lijit.com is the provider of ads for imcdb
blocking that (or adnxs which is also a big provider i think) is like using adblock

Was there a change to the ad company or is it a Windows Update issue that is causing the ads to take forever to load?

When I right click the Back button, I get "Sovrn Ad Unit" as the previous page for the ones that aren't loading.

There is a problem of ads not always loading since some time already, not sure what's the cause but it is not recent enough for being Windows Update related
Maybe I should report that to the ad provider though, as these ads loading forever are now there since some time.

I'm not sure it is an actual issue with loading, or just when there is nothing to show (as it is paid-per-view and not paid-per-click, there is a limit on how many ads are displayed for a given time to a given region/user).

However it is weird that you have problems with back button; which browser are you using?

I usually use IE-11. Around the time of the last huge MS update (I think it was the August 3 one that was huge), sometimes the pages don't fully load, especially if I'm opening several tabs from the main board (I usually open one or two rows of tabs when I validate). So I wasn't sure if it was something that MS added that's preventing the ads from loading or if the ad company made changes.
