Funny to see the F-Series with text in French on it, though that it is immediately identifiable as being Canadian-French  (around here they would use other words)

That Prius Prime becomes very strange-looking...

No Belgian or other European assembling, or?

No, I think it was officially imported back in the late 1970s.

I wonder what is the origin of those rear lights. Ford Escort/Orion or Lancia Y10 ?

Here my snapshots form my Veterama-visit yesterday.

Here I should have looked for more details than the sheet "Febre 1912" - I cannot find anything about a car manufacturer with this name in the web. :disapointted:

It's "Le Zèbre".

Went to a small local show today in South Carolina sponsored by the local Corvette club. Most of the usual car show suspects were there, only a few different things. I swear there were at least 3 cars that I usually see in Wildwood, New Jersey. Was hoping to get some fresh metal.

Show winner, 1968 Dodge Super Bee:

This nice 1972 Grand Prix was for sale:

Or as seen through a hubcap:

1964 Ford Thunderbird that was given a Sports Roadster treatment:

This Porsche wasn't part of the show, but was parked on the road:

Nice pics
i'm always amazed by the fact that there was a hardtop convertible in the 50's.... why did we had to wait for the SLK to get a modern one ?

I bet that Sienna felt a little bit out of place ( feeling probably shared with the Corolla & the Traverse.. )

Speaking of police vehicles, Hazzard county was represented and they updated the logo . I'm sure Boss Hogg found a way to get it at a big discount, if not for free ..
i guess the Dukes were ok with it , there was no General Lee

1986 Pontiac Grand Prix 2+2, i saw a Monte Carlo SS Aerocoupe in 2014 but i never thought i'd see the Pontiac counterpart

But the biggest oddity of all was surely the wacko in a 2wd Dodge Dakota who climbed the cement thing aside of the Ninety-Eight and broke something as we all heard a loud bang, followed by a leak , a weird smell and a huge struggle for the rear wheels to get the truck moving for..for... i don't even see a reason..... i know i should had take pic of it but it was already quite pathetic...

I saw one like that being driven in L.A. a couple of months ago, but it was blue (and beat-up)...

Nice pics, I really like the Cadillacs and Cressida too

[...] said to be 1951 according to some papers ( last year and this year ) but doesn't have the vent window.. is an older door able to fit on it ? or was it a mid-year change ?

[...]

I don't know exactly when the change was done, but the overall shape of the door remained the same from 1947 to 1955. So mixes are possible.
What is sure, however, is that this pick-up has indeed the 1947-50 one-piece door windows, but also at least one 1952-55 door handle (with the opening knob), a 1953-54 hood side emblem and non-factory top-mounted wipers. And perhaps a 1947-48 cab, as the cab-mounted fuel filler pipe is missing.
Hard to give an exact model year, with all these incoherent details
(The hood emblem says 3100: that would make it a US model, as the Canadian version was the 1300)
