I came across a "Mazda B-Series" in a US movie, with "Ford" written on the back (https://www.imcdb.org/vehicle.php?id=655166), and it got me wondering if the Ford Courier (of this generation) was ever sold in Mexico? If so it might be possible that someone from Mexico has brought one over.

Either imported or locally made, in both cases I suppose it should be listed as Ford then?
