The Tico was made by FSO, it is after 1998 face-lift model.
Maluchs:
The red one, by the plate, is "Fiat 126 elx Maluch" in standard trim. 126 was officially named "Maluch" since turn of 1996 and 1997.
The green one in insurance database is listed as "Fiat 126 el" (which was version made since fall of 1994 to 12.1996), but by the color and trim I suspect it is more exactly a late 1996-to 2000 "126 elx" too (maybe even 1999-2000) OR it has been repainted and customized a little.
The not registered white-blue police 125p must be a fake. Such (often faked) old "Militia" cars are not rare "mascots" of clubs, small cafes etc. I guess it was the same in this case.
For example in Warsaw you can also meet restored 125ps faked for old Warsaw taxis, which in reality are sightseeing vehicles from the museum of socialism.
The APC is Polish SKOT: http://www.imcdb.org/vehicles_make-FSC+Lublin_model-SKOT.html
The "crooked house" is exactly in Sopot. Together with Gdynia and Gdańsk, Sopot makes a metropolitan area named Trójmiasto (Tricty), but still it is town on its own.

i don't know if it was early 90's little Toyota day but i felt like every surviving example of 1991-1994 Tercel was on the road today...no pic as i was driving ( and Tercel is too common to take a pic of, unless its a pretty old one ) but i counted at least 6 of them..Icing on the cake was that 1991-1995 Toyota Paseo which is , unlike its relative, a little more rare
Talking about Toyota, Reg1992, the Cressida in your pic is a 1981-1982

I liked those early Paseos. It wasn't available in Europe back in the early 1990s, but I used to see a few of them - and a lot of Tercels ! - in my corner of Belgium, because I lived not far from the SHAPE (Supreme Headquarters of Allied Powers Europe) and an independent car dealer called, IIRC, Auto Direct, sold all of Toyota's north american range to military personnel stationed in the area.
The dealer operated from an old converted gas station, with no show room. It doesn't exist anymore, but today, in pure american fashion, it's been converted to a sports bar/pool hall and condos !

Rare in the US, but on my vacation to the New York Tri-State area in September, I spotted some interesting vehicles in Bridgehampton, New York. One of which is a Citroen Type H.

I also spotted a Land Rover Series III with Right Hand Drive in the parking lot of the Long Island Rail Road station there, but I couldn't get a shot of it without my reflection on the side window.

If you think that's impressive, there's a first generation Ford Bronco Runabout in front of that cherry picker truck. I don't know if I can get a good view of it or not.
Can anybody else see it?

Yesterday evening I've been in Düsseldorf for a meeting with the one and only K 70-owner of Malta. A colleague of him joined us - who owned formerly a 1959 first-hand Hillman Minx
As my friend is the victim of a pick-pocketing in the tram, we had been to the police. The airport-police was the closest station. Unfortunately it was not possible to take a pic of this original wheeled tank, which is still in usage.
@rjluna2: the headlights are identical with those of the NSU 1000, the Ford 17 M [P3], the Mercedes LPS-truck and the 1968-only VW 411
On the way back to the hotel we spotted these two very unusual sightings:
A few days before we went to Scotland, this car was in front of me, in thick traffic in the town of Dortmund:
Owned by an employee of the Ijmuiden-ferry terminal:
A few Jaguar-fans made a trip to the UK. But much less then the Ferraristi last year.
A propos Ijmuiden: some things were changed there, also this Camper, which stood there for many years, is not there any more:
https://imageshack.com/i/p7dLjlpFj
I've never noticed this model before:
Was there an original and official RHD-version of these very last Brazilian T2?
Location: parking of the Morrisons-supermarket in Fort William/Scotland
When I had a stylish lunch at one of the most photographed places of the world
I noticed this car, more its plate:
and this obvious original JDM-Campervan:
A propos original JDM-Campervan: on the way back, between Edinburgh and Berwick-upon-Tweed, there was a truck in the oncoming traffic, loaded with four or five of those.
Local pride on Skye:
On the parking in Broadford on Skye. On the other side of the gas station is my favourite antique-store (but only on fridays, otherwise it's in the auld cottage outside the village.
company-car of the only (between 2008 and September 2015) Whisky-destillery on the Outer Hebrides:
At a holy place for the Eso-freaks

I didn't feel anything spiritual or so, I had in mind "Let's ask the IMCDb-fellows, if someone can identify the coachbuilder"
Yes, this is the spritual door-shutter of that location:
In Stornoway:
South of Tarbert on Harris:
The harbour-cafe of Leverburgh on Harris:
If your are wondering, what has smoked the Calmac's ferry car deck:
it was

Last month in Falls Church, a purple 1970 Dodge Challenger. I was right behind him on the onramp onto the Beltway, great sound:
Same day, on the Beltway:
In Maryland, rare Mitsubishi Raider:
Same parking lot, first generation Mazda RX-7. I took this picture mainly for the contrast between the tiny RX-7 and the giant F-350 beside it:
Parking garage in downtown Falls Church, Audi RS6:
Downtown Falls Church, Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster:
Downtown Falls Church, 1965 Ford Mustang; despite being 50 years old, it is still probably not as rare as the US-spec 2001-2003 Chrysler Voyager behind it:
Our next door neighbors have a brand-new 2016 Scion iA in their driveway; for those not familiar, the Scion iA is a Mazda 2 sedan built in Mexico and sold in the US by Toyota:

I also saw a mid-1970's Chevrolet Steel Tilt Cab in Emporia, Virginia, and a 1972 Plymouth Fury Gran Coupe in the Five Towns of southwestern Nassau County, New York. I'll post the pictures soon enough.

I think they were converted to RHD here if the buyer paid a price premium, the camper converters sold them with LHD too:

Not very old but might be the last one i'll see until next year, as winter already shows it will soon be there...( again ? Can't that thing skip a year ?
)
2011-2014 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe
Yes, the white patch aside of the Freestyle is the proof that winter will invade us in a few days...or weeks at the best
Here is the 1985 Pontiac Fiero that i missed all summer long....found some other pics while looking back in my memory card but none is good..( only a little part of front, A-pillar getting in the view..etc ). Looks like it's gone for winter because i did not saw it in the last few days...and realized yesterday that i could had parked and get nice pics, i thought there was a bus stop in front and there is not...
Not sure if its a GT, it has the look of it but only one exhaust ( big enough to let Santa Claus get in.. ) on the left side instead of the regular 4 tips of the GT. So either regular with a GT look or GT with some exhaust modification
Did not saw those BMW in a while and now they are showing up. Saw this one yesterday and a dark grey one a few days ago
There is also another rare thing in the pic... any ideas ?
I was not supposed to include this one as its really blurry ( don't ask me why, got the 735 when it was about 40 ft. from me without any problem and got a blurry from about 6 ft.. maybe dropping my camera in front of the Q70 in january have something to do with it.. ) but i don't know when i'll see another 1st gen Scion xB with a Québec plate

I looked at it in fast-forward mode (I won't spent 31 minutes looking at traffic scenes
), so there is certainly a lot of other interesting vehicles in this video, but among lots of Camaros from the '70s and Mustangs from the '80s, I saw:
• a Renault Le Car (6 min.);
• a Porsche 928 (14 min. 10);
• a Saab 900 Convertible (17 min. 29);
• special dedication to Baube, a Pontiac Fiero, passing after 2 cars with both their hatchbacks open (???) and before an early (1968?) Mustang (20 min. 16. Seen again at 26 min. 01);
• a circa 1930 torpedo/roadster (20 min. 52). A Ford Model A?
• what seems to be a 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air 2-door Sedan (22 min. 17);
• a Rolls-Royce Corniche (27 min. 59).
The soundtrack of the video (the driver listens to the radio) is a time travel machine on its own
