Once again, I've got images from more episodes of Daria

They all took Miss Morgendorffer, her sister, her friend, and many of the other students to that cabin in the mountains, so it has to be either two or three stars. I say it's a Beck, and I used to think it was a DH 1000. Now, I'm not sure what the model is.

Yes, that's Daria coming out of Lt. "Frank" Columbo's '60 Peugeot 403 convertible. There are also scenes of her riding though a seaside New England town a la Anglea Lansbury, and a horse through Times Square a la Dennis Weaver. But since those don't qualify for this site, I'm going to add this instead;


That's right. A 1970 Cadillac hearse. Too bad it's just a background vehicle. One star.



I stil say the tram looks from episode 1.05 like a 1973-78 GMC Motor Home. Too bad I can't get a better shot. Either way, it's a two star vehicle.

I will get other images from this show soon, but I'm also going to post some from Undergrads after this. Unfortunatley, the pickings from that cartoon are thinner than I expected them to be.

Well, since the Undergrads images turned out crappy, here's a shot of the 1967-72 Ford B-Series school bus from Episode 1.05.



It brings Daria, Jane and the rest of Mrs. Bennett's class to the Mall of the Millenium, so two stars at least. I know it was in other episodes, but I'll have to check on which ones.

Two stars, minimum. Although it does play a crucial role in the series for our heroine in Episode 4.13, so maybe it's three.

Good to know. I also had a yellow Ford Taurus clone from Episode 1.05, but that front end looked too generic. Tomorrow, though, I'm going to get an SUV from Episode 2.07, and maybe a 1994-98 Ford Mustang from Episode 3.05.

Okay, here's the SUV from Episde 2.07 that I promised, and it looks like a Toyota RAV 4 to me.




Two stars for this one, although this is the episode where Quinn bribes Daria into going on a double-date with an idiot.


Here's the same idiot on a date with Brittany after she and Kevin had one of their big break-ups in Episode 3.05. Kevin drives up behind them in his Jeep and pulls him out to start a fight, but I didn't capture that.



Two stars for this. Oh, but who said I was done? Not me.




This Porsche 911 2+2 in Episode 4.11 belongs to Steve Taylor; Brittany's father. He's got a trophy wife and a trophy for her daughter. Two stars for this one.


And for now, this is over. I'm going to replace an image from Life with Derek next, and I could get some Beavis and Butt-head related images, or even some from the third round of Deacons for Defense after this.

UPDATE: My effort to replace the image from Life with Derek failed, because the paused image didn't work the way it was supposed to.

Oh, if you get around to it, you should also credit DAR1A-4L for some other images I didn't post.

I vaguely remembered watching this show in the mid 1990s. Do any stations still air it?

"The N" did for a while, and they edited episodes to pieces. As far as I know no network in the US does now.

Dont forget that the Ford Taurus needs to be changed to a 97 Lexus ES300, which is what it actually is.

Also here are replacement images for the ones with big pause buttons slap bang in the middle of them. I think the quality may be slightly better (i use that lightly) but they are definitely bigger than the current ones.
Edit:Still havent located the same screenshot of the plymouth, but did find a good one so that we can at least lose the pause button, and its also bigger

The grey Wagon (in the last three thumbnails) isn't a Saab, but a 1994 Audi A6 Avant C4 (Typ 4A). The side, the rear and the front (except the grille) are clearly taken from that Audi

That wagon was in "Is It College Yet?", which was the 2nd made for TV Movie. It really should be listed under a whole new title.
