Top 2 (or 4):
Forrest Gump (1994)
Back to the Future 1/2/3 (1985-1990)

After that, in no particular order:
Indiana Jones trilogy (1980-1989) but the 3 in particular
Mad Max 1/2 (1979-1981)
Shawshank Redemption (1994)
Ronin (1998)
Lethal Weapon 1/2/3/4 (1987-1998)
Maverick (1993)
Dogma (1999)
Snatch (2000)
Die Hard 3 (1995)
Payback (1998)
Jurassic Park (1993)

That's all I think for the moment, I could add much more; but then it is harder to make a selection, as after these there are many movies that I really liked.

Jurassic Park is the only one of my list that I saw on theater. At the time of the release of the movie, my father was working for the company that made the CGI and that loaned the computers visible in the movie, Silicon Graphics.
