Adding languages for the site?

The site is in English & French because I speak these languages.
There is a German version made by someone else, but it is incomplete: it was not updated since long time.
Additional languages are annoying to maintain.
I has not a very big interest: comments will still be in English and all the movie/car info is never translated anyway.
