Long time ago I saw a VW Iltis from Belgiam army, actually a Bombardier Iltis:

I saw another one few days ago, this time I made a photo of the badge
(my colleagues asked why I was taking a picture of that "Jeep"
)
I saw this Civic that I did not recognize at first sight:
Is it the normal Euro Civic ? Or is it a model from another market? Or a special version?
And this evening, this coupé that I did not recognize:

The Honda is a Civic, built at Swindon and having parts in common with the Rover 400/45.
The coupé is an Aston Martin DBS V8 (or simply V8), 1969+. I'm not surprised you didn't recognise it, they only built four thousand-odd in twenty years.

Wow I did not know it was something as rare as that
It has an old dutch plate. Too bad it was raining, the pic taken with a cellphone through the wet car window does not give a good result.

Does anybody remember when I mentioned the front-engined Corvair I saw back in November 2009?:

Well there were other cars there on that day, and this oddball 1930's Packard was among them.

There was also a nice 1973 Chevrolet El Camino Laguna SS. I've never really been a fan of 1973-77 mid-sized GM's but you have to admit this one's a keeper.

I saw a 1982 Citoren Dyane today. Very unusual.
Yesterday, I saw a Maserati Granturismo. Makes some noise!
I know it's not an unusual model but I'd assume the spec is rare. Audi A3 Sportback 3.2 V6. It was a police traffic car that pulled over another car.

A couple of decent Pontiacs at the November 5, 2009 car show. Three images of a 1938 Pontiac Straight Six at the link below:

And an image of a 1936 Pontiac on this page.

I've posted so many cars from this one show, that there's no point of me starting a whole thread. So I decied to post the last four images from the last two vehicles in that November 2009, car show.
A 1941 Buick Eight(I forget whether or not it was a Straight 8).
And a link to three of a gorgeous 1960 Plymouth Fury:
http://img707.imageshack.us/g/1960plymouthfurynovembe.jpg/
Smaller than the images of the '38 Pontiac Straight six, but still kind of big for this thread.

I do not have info on the "why" or "what" it is

Hmmm, am I confused now, or didn't we have a pic of this "monument" somewhere in the database?
I know, that we have talked about that, quite a while ago. Three US police-cars (faked or not) sitting on one civil car. Yes, we had it somewhere before - but I'm sure, it was not shot in Liège!

*Chevrolet Nova Concours.

As Ingo said "Three US police-cars (faked or not) sitting on one civil car." I guess he means something very lookalike this, not just a pile of any cars.
That indeed reminds me vaguely something.

Found more info:
http://www.bip2010.be/fr/index.php?titre=liege&idlieu=15&part=artistes&artiste=1- 0
but here the cars are different
Note the Opel grille on the bottom car
same as the ones on my photo:
http://www.dhnet.be/regions/liege/article/290640/un-tas-de-voitures.html
It looks like they had to reinforce the cars (and replace the most crushed one)
on that other page:
http://www.bip-liege.org/fr/index.php?titre=liege&idlieu=15
they say it is there until end of April.
http://www.liegecity.be/v10/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=354:the-chase&catid=2:culture&Itemid=4
here the bottom car still had its grille
