looks like this one . New York NFL teams are playing their home games in a New Jersey stadium , i guess NYC took the liberty of taking their bridge as well.. 
as for the Volga.. i bet there is more Crown Vic taxis in Moscow than there is Volga taxis in New York..

AFAIK they only should have amber (1987-88) or full red (1989) rear lights:

I remembered the amber turn signals after posting but the white ones were so nicely done that it looked genuine and , you know, it was only the 2nd one i see..
