In the last half hour I noticed that the site was very slow.
I found out that the IP 46.21.144.52 was accessing a lot to the comments pages. I do not know what it is, but it did not seem a legitimate visitor, so I blocked it.
If you notice slowdowns for more than a few minutes like that, do not hesitate to warn me: the site should not be slow, the server if much faster than what the site actually needs to run normally.

I did a quick Google search of that address and it's apparently a spammer IP address from the Netherlands: http://www.stopforumspam.com/ipcheck/46.21.144.52

The site or the forum?
If the site, for browsing, or just when editing vehicles?

It seems that lighttpd (webserver) crashed and so the site was unreachable in the last hour, as there was no comment posted since then.
So I guess the problem affected everyone?
I just restarted the service and it seems to be running again.

Yes. I can't access the site (can't visit to any pages), at one hour before this.
I can't edit comment and upload picture (to comment) too.

I was upload comment pictures by copy from Picasa directly (upload comment pictures in Picasa to IMCDb's upload.php and edit that comments to use pictures without Picasa). I am very sorry if it cause that problems.

With the number of people using that upload (and the site at the same time) you can be sure it is not related
I have to find what causes that, as restarting manually the webserver services each time is not a good solution...

If the site is slow these days it is thanks too Google which is indexing it a little more intensively than usual.
I asked to reduce the number of pages analysed per second: "Your request will take a day or two to come into effect. "
Thanks Google.
